9 Julai 2023: In a collaborative effort, the Centre for Testing, Measurement & Appraisal (CeTMA) joined hands with the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML) to organize a glass glaze event. The event took place at an esteemed venue and featured Dr. Amani, a prominent figure from Generasi Peduli Sampah Malaysia (GPS), as the distinguished speaker. With an impressive attendance of 110 participants, the primary objective of the event was to impart valuable knowledge to students on the art of creating various objects using glass.

Dr. Amani, an expert in environmental sustainability and glass crafting, delivered a series of insightful lectures that shed light on the importance of responsible waste management and the immense potential of glass as a versatile material in creative endeavors. The participants were enthralled as they learned about the intricacies of glass glazing techniques, including cutting, shaping, and fusing glass to bring their artistic visions to life.CeTMA and STML aimed to equip the students with practical skills, fostering their innovative thinking and encouraging sustainable practices.
